Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the NobleVeyra Advisory website and your purchase or use of NobleVeyra Advisory digital products and advisory services. By purchasing a product, purchasing or booking a service, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and Advisory Services
NobleVeyra Advisory provides business-launch educational materials and advisory services. Offerings may include the Launch Clarity Toolkit, the Business Launch Strategy Session, the 30-Day Business Launch Intensive, and other products or services described on our website or agreed to in writing.
2. Launch Clarity Toolkit
The Launch Clarity Toolkit is a self-guided digital educational workbook designed to help entrepreneurs think through business-launch decisions. Purchasing the Toolkit does not include individualized advisory services unless those services are purchased separately.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Business outcomes depend on many factors outside NobleVeyra Advisory's control, including the founder, market, competition, offer, pricing, timing, available resources, customer response, and execution. NobleVeyra Advisory does not guarantee revenue, customers, financing, profitability, business success, or any specific financial result.
4. Client Responsibility
You remain responsible for your own business decisions, implementation, legal compliance, finances, taxes, contracts, licensing, and operations. NobleVeyra Advisory provides educational materials, strategic guidance, and support but does not operate your business for you unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
5. Professional Advice Disclaimer
NobleVeyra Advisory does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, insurance, or other regulated professional advice. When your situation requires such advice, consult an appropriately licensed professional.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees are disclosed on the website, payment page, proposal, invoice, or other written offer in effect at the time of purchase. Payment is generally due before digital product access is provided or advisory services begin unless NobleVeyra Advisory agrees otherwise in writing. Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms and policies.
7. Digital Product Access and License
Purchase of a NobleVeyra digital product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use. Digital products may not be resold, republished, shared publicly, distributed to others, uploaded to file-sharing services for public access, licensed, copied for commercial redistribution, or presented as the purchaser's own product without written permission from NobleVeyra Advisory.
8. Digital Product Refunds
Because digital products provide immediate access to downloadable or viewable material, digital-product purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by law. If you experience a technical problem accessing a purchased product, contact NobleVeyra Advisory at Tj@nobleveyraadvisory.com so we can assist with access.
9. Strategy Session Scheduling and Rescheduling
After payment, Strategy Session clients are expected to complete any required questionnaire and schedule their session using the instructions provided. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever reasonably possible. Repeated rescheduling, late cancellation, or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of the session at NobleVeyra Advisory's discretion.
10. 30-Day Business Launch Intensive
The 30-Day Business Launch Intensive is a time-limited advisory engagement. The 30-day service period begins on the start date communicated to the client. Clients are responsible for participating in scheduled calls, responding to requests for information, and completing agreed actions in a timely manner. Unused calls, check-ins, or support time do not automatically extend the engagement.
11. Advisory-Service Refunds
Because advisory services involve professional time, analysis, preparation, and customized strategy, service fees are generally non-refundable once the applicable service has begun. If you believe a payment was made in error or you need to request a cancellation before services begin, contact us promptly at Tj@nobleveyraadvisory.com. Any refund or credit not otherwise required by law is determined based on the circumstances and the work already performed.
12. Strategy Session Credit
If NobleVeyra Advisory offers a promotional credit allowing a Strategy Session fee to be applied toward a 30-Day Business Launch Intensive, the credit is subject to the eligibility window and conditions stated at the time of the offer. Promotional credits have no cash value and may not be transferred.
13. Communication and Availability
Business-day accountability or advisory support does not mean continuous, instant, or 24-hour availability. Response times may vary based on workload, weekends, holidays, emergencies, and the nature of the request. Communication channels and expectations may be clarified at the beginning of an engagement.
14. Confidentiality
NobleVeyra Advisory will use reasonable care with non-public business information shared during an engagement. Clients should avoid sharing passwords, full payment card information, or other credentials unless a secure and expressly authorized process is provided.
15. Intellectual Property
NobleVeyra Advisory retains ownership of its frameworks, methods, templates, digital products, educational materials, branding, website content, and proprietary processes. Clients may use customized deliverables created for their own internal business purposes unless otherwise stated in writing. Materials may not be resold, republished, licensed, or distributed as your own product without written permission.
16. Testimonials and Case Studies
NobleVeyra Advisory will not publicly identify a client, publish a testimonial, or use identifiable client results for marketing without permission. If permission is granted, the scope of that permission may be confirmed separately.
17. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, copy protected content for commercial redistribution, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NobleVeyra Advisory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative losses arising from business decisions, lost profits, lost opportunities, market performance, third-party actions, or use of products or advisory services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Third-Party Services
The website may link to third-party services such as payment processors, cloud-storage providers, scheduling platforms, social networks, and other tools. NobleVeyra Advisory is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or independent practices of those third parties.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest published version. Terms applicable to a paid engagement may also be supplemented by a written proposal, invoice, service description, or other agreement.
